Get up and running with CoCloud quickly. This guide covers the essential tasks to become productive immediately.

Quick Start Checklist​

Complete these tasks to get started:

  • Account created and verified
  • First login completed
  • Instance configured
  • Backup set up
  • First user created (if Admin)
  • Security configured

Essential First Tasks​

1. Set Up Backup (5 minutes)​

Why: Protect your data immediately

  1. Go to Google Drive Backup
  2. Click Setup Google Drive
  3. Authenticate with Google
  4. Set daily backup schedule
  5. Verify first backup completes

Common Tasks Quick Reference​

Accessing Tally​

HTML Login:

  1. Log in to portal
  2. Click HTML Login
  3. Select instance
  4. Access Tally

Remote Login:

  1. Install Remote Login client
  2. Launch application
  3. Enter credentials
  4. Connect to instance

Uploading Data​

  1. Go to File Manager
  2. Navigate to data folder
  3. Click Upload
