Common Connectivity Problems
Slow Connection Speed
Diagnosis:
- Run Connectivity Test
- Check download/upload speeds
- Compare to minimum requirements (1 Mbps)
Solutions:
- Use wired connection instead of Wi-Fi
- Close bandwidth-heavy applications
- Contact ISP if speeds below plan
- Test at different times
Ping Drops
Diagnosis:
- Run ping drop test
- Monitor for "Request Time Out" messages
- Check drop rate percentage
Solutions:
- Test with wired connection
- Restart router/modem
- Check for Wi-Fi interference
- Contact ISP for line quality check
Cannot Connect
Diagnosis:
- Test internet connectivity (ping google.com)
- Check firewall settings
- Verify DNS settings
Solutions:
- Check internet connection
- Disable firewall temporarily to test
- Try different DNS servers
- Contact support if persists
