The Dashboard is your central command center for monitoring and managing your CoCloud instance. It provides real-time insights into user activity, system performance, and usage statistics.

Key Metrics

The dashboard displays essential metrics:

  • Active Users: Current number of logged-in users
  • Total Logins: Total login sessions
  • Instance Status: Health of your cloud instance
  • Storage Usage: Current storage consumption
  • Recent Activity: Latest user actions

Visual Analytics

Interactive charts and graphs show:

  • Login Trends: Login patterns over time
  • Work Duration: User activity duration
  • Performance Metrics: System performance indicators

User Status Panel

Monitor real-time user status:

  • Offline Users: Users not currently logged in

Using the Dashboard

Viewing Statistics

  1. Navigate to Dashboard (default page)
  2. Select time range (Day, Week, Month, Year)
  3. Choose graph type (Line, Bar, etc.)
  4. Review statistics and trends

Monitoring Users

  1. Go to User Status section
  2. View list of all users
  3. Check current status (Online/Offline)
