Process Steps
Phase 1: Account Creation
- Create Account: Sign up with email and password
- Email Verification: Verify email address
- Mobile Verification: Verify mobile number with OTP
Phase 2: Configuration
- Billing Information: Enter billing details
- Tally Version: Select Tally version
- Plan Selection: Choose trial or paid plan
Phase 3: Activation
- Payment Processing: Complete payment (if paid plan)
- Subscription Activation: Activate subscription
- Instance Configuration: Set up instance
Phase 4: Setup
- User Creation: Create instance users (if needed)
- Backup Setup: Configure Google Drive backup
- Security Configuration: Set up security features
Phase 5: Completion
- Access Dashboard: Start using CoCloud
Decision Points
Email Verification
- Success: Proceed to mobile verification
- Failure: Resend verification email
OTP Verification
- Success: Proceed to billing information
- Failure: Request new OTP
Plan Selection
- Trial: Immediate activation
- Paid: Requires payment processing
Payment Processing
- Success: Subscription activated
- Failure: Retry payment or contact support

Troubleshooting Points
If issues occur at any step:
- Email Not Received: Check spam folder, resend email
- OTP Not Received: Verify mobile number, resend OTP
- Payment Failed: Check payment method, retry or contact support
- Configuration Errors: Review settings, contact support if needed
