Complete Onboarding Flow

Process Steps

Phase 1: Account Creation

  1. Create Account: Sign up with email and password
  2. Email Verification: Verify email address
  3. Mobile Verification: Verify mobile number with OTP

Phase 2: Configuration

  1. Billing Information: Enter billing details
  2. Tally Version: Select Tally version
  3. Plan Selection: Choose trial or paid plan

Phase 3: Activation

  1. Payment Processing: Complete payment (if paid plan)
  2. Subscription Activation: Activate subscription
  3. Instance Configuration: Set up instance

Phase 4: Setup

  1. User Creation: Create instance users (if needed)
  2. Backup Setup: Configure Google Drive backup
  3. Security Configuration: Set up security features

Phase 5: Completion

  1. Access Dashboard: Start using CoCloud

Decision Points

Email Verification

  • Success: Proceed to mobile verification
  • Failure: Resend verification email

OTP Verification

  • Success: Proceed to billing information
  • Failure: Request new OTP

Plan Selection

  • Trial: Immediate activation
  • Paid: Requires payment processing

Payment Processing

  • Success: Subscription activated
  • Failure: Retry payment or contact support

  • Account Creation: 2-3 minutes
  • Email Verification: 1-2 minutes
  • Mobile Verification: 2-3 minutes

Troubleshooting Points

If issues occur at any step:

  1. Email Not Received: Check spam folder, resend email
  2. OTP Not Received: Verify mobile number, resend OTP
  3. Payment Failed: Check payment method, retry or contact support
  4. Configuration Errors: Review settings, contact support if needed
