User Limits

Understand and manage user limits in your CoCloud subscription.

Understanding User Limits​

Your subscription includes a base user limit. This determines how many instance users you can create.

Checking Your Limit​

  1. Go to User Management
  2. View User Limit at top of page
  3. See current usage vs. limit

Purchasing Additional Users​

  1. Click Purchase Users button
  2. Select number of users to add
  3. Review pricing
  4. Complete payment
  5. Limit increases immediately

Important Notes​

  • User limit can be increased at any time
  • User limit cannot be decreased except at renewal
  • Additional users require payment
  • Contact Account Manager for bulk purchases
